One Federal Menu

One Federal restaurant in St. Albans, Vermont is located in a historic building with a ton of history. The owner wanted the menus to reflect some of the rich history so we sought inspiration in an old newspaper. The front page resembles an old newspaper with One Federal's weekly specials highlighted like articles in the left hand column and a brief history of the restaurant as a headlining article. The remaining primary display panels are the actual menu. This decision was made after working in a restaurant for many years and watching people complain and struggle with large menus. If one decides to dig a little deeper and unfold the newspaper entirely, the inside is filled with articles about the building's history, cooking practices, and a couple stories to illicit a laugh... All content was written myself as well.
